Alaska: Paving Tundra Expedition

The state of Alaska is currently considering a 220-mile industrial access road to facilitate construction of a huge open pit copper mine in the roadless and remote Brooks Range. In response, our team of filmmakers completed a 350-mile expedition along the proposed route corridor to capture the wild nature and human culture that could be lost if the rivers are bridged and the roadless area becomes developed. To learn more, see our documentary film Paving Tundra.
